Doberman Pinscher
Basil is a handsome new male that we can finally say has the combination of cropped good looks and dog-socialness. He's about 5 years old, and he appears completely uninterested in reacting to challenges from other dogs. He's obedient and will come when called and "go to bed" where and when he's asked to. We don't think Basil will be a good choice for kids though because he's mouthy in his play and exuberance and needs to learn not to jump at people when excited. He doesn't seem to "mark" territory and is likely housebroken.
