Doberman Pinscher
Drakka is a 7-year-old stunner who has an activity level much younger than his years. He has had a few different homes and sadly, it has left him a little lost and anxious. Drakka originally lost his home because of divorce and a move. He has since failed in two other homes because of his aggression towards cats and then his jealousy of other dogs. One thing remains though...he LOVES people. Once he bonds with someone he is glued to them, loyal and affectionate. He is hard to resist and we can understand the desire to snuggle with him but Drakka also needs firm boundaries so he can follow the rules and not take it upon himself to make the rules. Drakka is also massively food driven, causing him to take food off the counters and get in to the trash. Due to his behavior in his previous home we are looking to place him in an adult home (no small children) and preferably one with no other dogs although with the right owner and environment, he may be able to share a home with a large alpha female.This handsome boy needs a dedicated and prepared owner who can work thru his challenges, not allow him on the furniture and offer him a stable environment where he can finally settle in and live out the rest of his life.
