Pappy was given up by his owner, who had adopted him only two weeks ago as a little friend for her two small kids. She felt guilty because she was away
from home 10 hours a day and Pappy wasn't getting enough attention, and she wasn't in a position to properly housebreak him. At first, she hoped to
leave Pappy in her yard during the day, but her neighbors warned her that coyotes were everywhere in their area and the little dog wouldn't be safe.
Pappy is a darling little guy, about 10 pounds and 1 1/2 years old, with long, silky black hair. He loves kids. We think the ideal home for him would be with a stay-at-home mom with young kids that could enjoy him,hopefully without an abundance of predatory wildlife in the area. We'll have better pictures soon.
