Pomeranian mix
Spiffy is a new rescue from an upstate shelter where he was scheduled for euthanasia due to lack of kennel space. He's probably Pomeranian and American Eskimo, and he's a young adult weighing around 10 pounds. Thus far we know that he's very dog-social, and we'll post more info as it becomes known.
