Barley is quite handsome, and he's adorable in his own, vulnerable way. Better said, he's a bit of a chicken and will need a confident, loving owner that he can bond with to become more confident himself. Barley is very social with his female canine companion, but he may also be compatible with another male that wouldn't pick on him. We think he hasn't had a lot of life experiences outside the home environment he once had, so even walking on leash appeared to be a new experience for him. Barley is 3-4 years old and weighs about 75 pounds.
