We were predisposed to love Buford after our very positive experience with Daisy, another Anatolian Shepherd mix who was recently adopted and looks enough like him to be his sister. The staff at his animal shelter expressed similar feelings for him, and he is, in fact, a gentle boy weighing about 65 pounds. Buford is calm and social, and he's a young adult who is currently kenneled happily with a 5 1/2-month female puppy.
