Cassandra is a small Dobie girl who was picked up as a stray dog running at large in the central valley of California. She is estimated at 3 years old, and on intake at the shelter she weighed 56 pounds, losing 15 pounds during her short stay there, likely due to stress and/or a kennelmate that ate all of the food. We think Cassandra has been failed badly by the humans she once knew, and we hope to help her connect with an adopter that will make the next phase of her life a loving, enduring one.
