Chops is a recent rescue (in November, 2023) from an upstate animal shelter where he was tested with other dogs and acquitted himself nicely as a social guy. He's very handsome, despite missing half an ear for unknown reasons. (He isn't saying.) Chops is just a cordial, friendly 3-year-old Dobie who is hoping for that good home that deserves him. He weighs about 62 pounds.
