They are almost certainly siblings, and their animal shelter named them Hocus (the male) and Pocus (the female). They were brought to the shelter by someone claiming to have found them, and they were terrified on arrival. After being taken out of their kennel by volunteers, they relaxed considerably. Though they do give each other confidence, they do not appear closely bonded so are able to be adopted separately. They're about 2 years old, and Hocus (no white on the top of his muzzle) weighs 14 pounds; Pocus (white hair on top of her muzzle) weighs 10 pounds.
