June was picked up on a country road miles from civilization, obviously dumped and abandoned. It took the Good Samaritan days to gain her trust enough to allow capture. She was then taken to the local animal shelter, and the shelter requested rescue for her because she was so frightened. She is probably a Doberman/Rottie mix, estimated at 3 years old, and she's now a happy, friendly dog, very dog-social and ready for her new home. It would probably be beneficial for her to be placed with another dog in the home. A little work on leash will be required, but what she needs the most is to know that she's in a loving, permanent home situation where she can feel secure for the rest of her days.
