Maxie is about 2 years old as of January, 2024, and she's an affectionate, spirited Dobie. She has been kenneled with several different male companions since her arrival and has gotten along well. Though Maxie is on the small side at 50-odd pounds, she is a good defender of her kennel should another dog pass by, and we would expect her to behave similarly in a home environment if a stranger passed by. She'll need secure confinement at home because she always wants to be with "her person," and there will be times when her person isn't at home.io
