Melody is an incredibly sweet, smaller girl who is ready for a home that will pamper her. She came in as a mother to mixed breed puppies and she was wonderful until it became overwhelming for her. The puppy shop is closed now and all she wants is to snuggle with someone that loves her. In our experience, Melody is good with other dogs but doesn't require their company and she hasn't been much of a player. She is completely non-reactive towards cats and lives mostly for the attention from her person. She is a tiny bit shy with brand new people so she needs a few minutes to get to know them but she will follow her loved ones wherever they go. She's probably about 3 years old and under 50 pounds so she could be a good choice for people unable to handle really big Dobies.
