Piper is a pretty 2-year Dobie girl who is dog-social with both sexes and she's a peppy, fun, active dog. She had been adopted previously from the same animal shelter that she most recently returned to as a stray, but no one came for her. Piper is currently kenneled securely in a tall kennel, and it's possible she may require secure fencing to be safely confined. It's also possible she was abandoned, as so many are now. Piper is on the small side at about 55 pounds.
