News flash! We have a sweet young mid-sized dog, just the size many of our adopters are looking for! Queenie is a 28-pound Heeler mix who got very lucky when a female Doberman we were having transported and had room for that day, was adopted. Our favorite transport pilot alerted us to Queenie, who was urgent at her animal shelter and so insecure that she was miserable. She's about a year old, and she needs a calm, supportive, loving home to blend with and enjoy. She is timid with other dogs, having been attacked by one and sustaining a minor injury, but she might benefit from a friendly, lovable dog companion to boost her confidence.
