Toby has spent nearly a year with us, and that's too long for a good dog to wait for his forever home. We think he's now about 7 years old but his exact age isn't known because he was brought to an animal shelter severely underweight with another male by someone who "rescues dogs off the streets." Toby has been sweet and friendly, quiet, and he's quite handsome.
